Motivation #2
Back in March I wrote a post on motivation, not so much how to get it, but a little about what motivates me. You can read that post here. But a few days ago I was asked "How do you get motivation?" Can I admit I was a little stumped. I am not sure you can teach someone how to get motivation. We are all wired differently and what motivates me, might not motivate you.
So, I am silly and I am motivated by badges, stickers, or anything to do with a competition. I am very competitive and like to win.

75 Hard Challenge day 1 update
Today started out rough. I was supposed to get up when the alarm went off at 4:50 am, but I didn't hear it and I guess that Matt didn't realize that I wanted up so he let me sleep. I had not slept well, at all, so I guess that is why I didn't hear the alarm. I woke up at 5:25 am, and went downstairs to get coffee and breakfast. Matt asked me how I slept and I said "rough." He said, "I know." I looked at him and asked him how he knew. He said that I woke him up with my nightmares! I was like, what nightmares? When was that? He said around 4:30 am. I have no idea what I was dreaming about, but apparently it was enough that I was thrashing about and calling out in my sleep! Which is extremely weird for me.

75 Hard or Soft (fitness) challenge
I was on Instagram a few days ago and I saw one of my friends was doing the 75 Hard Challenge, only she was doing a soft version...I read through her description of the challenge and I am like, "I can do that!" I really need SOMETHING to get me back into a routine of working out and eating what I am supposed to eating. I got all out of sorts with all the traveling we have done this summer and I need some kind of motivation to get me started.
