So, today we went exploring (ie field trip) Lake Beletsi with another family. I am thankful for Meredith and her family for coming to get us and driving us out to the Lake. It was about a 30 minute drive from my house and if we had not had directions we would not have been able to find it. There are no signs marking it.
When we first got there we were a bit disappointed, the Lake was small and there didn't seem to be much around it. But, as we got to exploring a bit we were fine and had a great time. The only major disappointment to me was that there was not a bathroom anywhere nearby! Which wasn't so great for the amount of liquid that I had drank before we went ;)The weather was perfect and the company was great. Overall, we were very thankful to be out and had a good time. We would definitely go back again.
