We had snow for the first time this season. I was not ready, but it was pretty! We still have a little snow on the ground, but each day has been progressively getting warmer, so it will be gone soon. If you are following along on the house saga, we are officially under contract again, but they still have to sell their house. We are praying that their house sells and they fulfill the contract to buy ours, and that God would provide the right house for us, in His timing.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Psalm 150:6
Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11
I am thankful for a nice weekend with my grandchildren. You got a lot of snow. Wow! We had to drive through a little bit of a snowstorm on our way home from visiting the grandchildren. It was interesting seeing snow on top of fall foliage. I've never seen so much snow so early before.
ReplyDeleteHi Amy, thanks for stopping by! I live in Ohio, 2 years ago it started snowing on Halloween and the kids in the neighborhood started saying "Merry Christmas!" It was hilarious. Yay for a wonderful time with your grandkids, my hope and prayer is that my children will someday bless me with grandchildren.
DeleteYou had so much snow. I would love to get some snow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! Do you live in an area where you do get snow during the winter?
DeleteSo many cute (and true) encouragements there! Loved it. And (just between me and you)...we really did use a broken paddle as, well, a paddle back in the day! Tis true:)
ReplyDeleteJennifer-that is what made it so funny!
