"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give a reason for the hope you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." 1 Peter 3:15

Someone hits double digits!

Ten years ago today, God trusted this tiny little bundle of joy to us. Elijah came into this world, changing our little family, and he has brought so much joy into our lives. He is super sweet, would do anything for his mom and sister, loves to laugh, loves jokes, loves history and sports, loves to read and play video games, loves to play and loves to cuddle. He is quick to anger and quick to forgive, he is stubborn, which I hope he will use for good as he gets older, being a leader, rather than a follower. He loves little kids, especially his cousins, and loves babies. When he grows up he wants to be a computer game designer, get married and have three kids, two boys and a girl, the girl being the oldest. I love that he knows what he wants and my prayer is that he will work hard to get to his goals. I also hope he realizes that God is in control of his future and how many children he will have.
