This has been a get back into the normal routines week (but add a few extra appointments). I have been tired this week and realized the new med my cardiologist put me on was causing me to have trouble sleeping. So, I have weened myself back off of it, and am hoping for better sleep, or at least for my sleep to regulate to where it was. I am already looking forward to the weekend, even though we don't have any plans.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Things I am thankful for today:
- my job
- cooler days
- homemade cappuccino
- library books
- crochet books
- Christmas books
- drawing with sidewalk chalk (inner child)
- getting errands done
- rain!
- dentist
- eye doctors

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Psalm 150:6
Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11
I appreciate your honesty about having to adjust to the new medication. It's so important to listen to your body. I hope your sleep regulates quickly so you feel rested. Your focus on 1 Thessalonians 5:11 is a wonderful reminder for all of us to keep building each other up, even in the quiet moments.
ReplyDeleteThanks Melody. It is important to listen to our bodies, we are the ones who spend the most time with them, LOL!
