Strawberry Jam - Paleo

 On our second trip to pick strawberries I decided I was going to make my own strawberry jam. I have been looking for one that is natural, with no extra ingredients, without sugar! It's near impossible to find that in the stores. So, Kayla and I picked waaaay too many strawberries and I made a yummy strawberry jam and ended up freezing enough strawberries to make this recipe two more times! By the way, not only is it 3 ingredients, it is fairly simple!! Win-win!

Share Four Somethings May 2021

It is hard to believe how fast May is going! We have been out of school for three weeks already! We finished early this year...we were all ready for a break! I am excited to be doing the monthly link-up of "Sharing Four Somethings" again this month.

Strawberry Picking!

 I am loving having my girl home from college. She has been home for a month and it has flown by!! One of the first things we did together was go and pick strawberries. It is something we usually do every spring as a family at Wise Acres Farm, but last year we only got to go once because of the pandemic.
