Always

I am struggling a bit but I resurrected this post and revamped it a little, because I need this reminder today, and maybe you do too?

The things of this world will pass away. 

The people of this world will pass away.

But, one thing will ALWAYS be true: Jesus is with us, ALWAYS.

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

I lift up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm121:1-2

Thank you, Jesus, for being our help. Thank you, that you fight our battles for us, help us to be still, and let you fight. When we are weary, God, I pray that you would help us to feel your presence. You are always there, always present, and always fighting. Thank you, Lord, for all that you do for us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
